Premiership Experience have developed a number of strong relationships with very senior companies and their director teams in Shanghai, for working together on a programme for assisting senior school students into understanding much more about business and potential career paths for their future.

This innovative project which we have designed and created in association with top businesses, has been well received by industry leaders throughout Shanghai, many of whom are major global brands and famous international companies throughout the world.

It’s all about inspiring youth in the consideration for their future, demonstrating to them different industries and how they work, which may assist them for what they will study at university, and later, their career choices.

We also develop internship opportunities for students in this programme, both while at school and then during their university years.

The content of each company visit depends on the business we are visiting, but includes presentations by senior director level personnel, illustrations of their business model, what their market is and how they operate in their specific industry sector.
